application enables an organisation to track all correspondence received
from a customer from any channel (web, sms, voice, email, store-front).
This information is tagged to the customer record, classified and stored
in a central, searchable and reportable database. A customer's complete
contact history with your organisation is available to the user as reference
during the next customer contact.
Adding contacts is as easy as Cut-and-Paste into the web browser, or an upload from Excel for larger files. Once entered, easily send, record and track email and postal correspondence, sms text messages, or even attached a recording of the telephone communication.
Contacts and contact history can be shared or be limited within the organisation to any degree desired; retained at the individual level, shared across a working group, or made available globally.
